Online Management For Chinese School (OMFCS) User Agreement

Welcome to the Online Management For Chinese School (OMFCS). A free service provided to member

schools of Chinese School Association in the US (CSAUS).

Congratulations on your relieve of heavy work and headaches from processing student data!

By setting up to use the system, the User School acknowledges and agrees the following:

1.        The User School may get Free Cost of using the system as courtesy to CSAUS who obtained the license;

User School may NOT download nor modify the source files through any means. Copyright is reserved to Glopro, Inc.;

2.        CSAUS will help set up the system, including web space, ftp account, etc. that resides on CSAUS server without

any cost; the User School is responsible for providing all needed information to set up the account; School should monitor the web site and data file and report any problem to OMFCS Administrator;

3.        OMFCS Administration will keep all data in secure in its best effort, and will NEVER knowingly release any user

information to any third party without the permission of the school administrator. User information will NEVER be used for any profit purpose under the OMFCS Administration. OMFCS Administration will do its best to provent user information from any leakage, but is NOT responsible for any leakage due to un-controllable factors.

4.        It is Schools' responsibility to backup the data periodically as precaution. User should NEVER change the database

structure in the server (do NOT load your database to the server if you made structural change to it) , otherwise the program may not work properly. If you really need to make some change, please consult with OMFCS Administration;

5.        CSAUS will continuously improve the program as needed, but it is provided in as-is condition. OMFCS

Administration reservers the right to charge technical support fees if customization is required and it may involve considerable technical resources. But any fee/charge will be based on mutual agreement between OMFCS Administration and the member school;

6.        OMFCS Administration may review the service with the User School 1~2 times a year, prior to the registration

season(s). Simple mantainance is done by OMFCS Administration volunteer staff. OMFCS Administration reserves the rights to charge Service Fee depending on maintance cost of the website; and OMFCS Administration reserves the rights to terminate the service with or without a given cause.
