The Online Management For Chinese School (OMFCS) website consists of three parts:

1. Website Account

Before you can use our Online Registration services for your school, we need to setup a ccount with:

a) A DataBase designated for your school;

b) A subdirectory to hold all the web programs that may be customized to fit your need.

2. Administration ( http://www.omfcs.com/reg/demo/Registration_Admin.asp)

Administration Main facilitates tools to:

a) Setup registration for your school such as class time, classes;

b) View and manage the registrtion information in your school;

c) View and manage the tuition payment information in your school.

These pages are password protected. Specially, the tuition management page can have a different set of username and password designated for school treasurer. For access the demo version, please use

3. Registration ( http://www.omfcs.com/reg/demo/Registration.asp)

We have provided a convenient way for parents to access their registration. Parents have an option to set an username and password for their registration accounts. They can come back anytime to modify the registration information. If they forgot their username/password, they can send a request and the system automatically sends the username and password to their email address.

For a through evaluation, we suggest you take following steps:

1) In Administration Main, adjust the General Information for your school;

2) In Administration Main, setup Class Time and Classes;

3) In Registration Home, acting as registration users, enter as many registrations as you want;

4) In Administration Main, view and manage the registration records through Registration Manager, Display Students By Class, Display Class Schedule, etc.

5) View and manage the tuition payment through Tuition Manager.
