Registration Procedures

Registration button to proceed.
Section I: Registration Policies
- You are required to register online (http://www.mnccs.org)
- For school planning, we encourage early registration.
For 2011-2012 school year, registration with full payment before 8/21st, 2011
will have $20.00
discount on registration fee, i.e. the early registration fee
with full payment is only $10.00.
The regular registration begins at 8/21st, 2011.
The regular registration fee is $30.00.
- Registration fee is not refundable.
- Fee Collection Pro-rate Policy - on "quarterly-prorated" basis
Students joining the school after the school year started will pay fees
on a "quarterly-prorated" base, i.e. based on a total of 30 class days per year,
7.5 days as the separation point:
- 23-30+ class days left: 100%
- 15-22 class days left: 75%
- 8-14 class days left: 50%
- 1-7 class days left: 25%
- Fee Refund policy - on "quarterly-prorated" basis
Students drop the school after the school year started will get refund
on a "quarterly-prorated" base, i.e. based on a total of 30 class days per year,
7.5 days as the separation point:
- Within first 2 sessions, FULL refund of tuition paid
- After 3-7 class days: 75%
- After 8-14 class days: 50%
- After 15-22 class days: 25%
- After 23 class days: 0%
- New Students can try out for two sessions at the beginning of a new semester. If drop off
within 2 sessions (including 2 sessions), tuition is fully refundable.
- Tuition and related fees are due before the first class day, and have a grace period
of 2 class-days. If a student is found not paying fees in full after first two class days
of each school year, or two class days after joining the school, there will be a penalty
of $5 each class day, up to 50% of the total fee, in addition to the total due.
Section II: Rules For Parents
- Enroll and pay tuition/fees for your child student(s) on time at
beginning each school semester.
- Get your child student(s) in and out of school class on time for the
beginning and end of a school day. Report to your child's teacher
for any absence prior to class date.
- Follow the parking lot rules, emergency evacuation rules, Gym rules.
- Stay in the designated parent's room/area during the class time, avoid staying
and talking in the Hallway, keep a quiet environment.
- Responsible to supervise your child student(s) homework after school, and
read/follow all written communications from
MNCCS administrators and teachers.
- Obtain school permission before making class adjustemnt.
- Parent must obtain school's approval in advance before sitting-in class .
- Responsible to coach your child student(s) to follow the Rules for Students.
- Participate/volunteer in school activities.
- Watch your other kid(s) who is(are) at the school but not registered for any class.
- Responsible to pay for property damages caused by your kid(s) or student(s).
Section III: Rules For Students
- Get to class on time.
- Respect and obey your teacher.
- Raise hand to speak in classroom.
- Complete classroom assignments and homework on time.
- Take care of school property and equipments. Students will be responsible financially
for any damages in school.
- No running, yelling, screaming, or dribbling balls in the hallway.
- Respect others, talk quietly and use proper manners in the hallway.
- Do NOT play with lockers, pay-phones, and fire-alarms, etc. If a student plays
a fire alarm and results in a false alarm, and/or caused police's visit, the student
may be punished by up to being suspended for class for the immediate following week,
and responsible for related cost if any.
- No food, no drink inside the classrooms.
- No graffiti on wallls, desks, floors, or on any other school properties.
- Do NOT bring weapons or other harmful objects to school.
- Students must respect each other. No fighting or assulting at any circumstances.
If such incident happens, any one on site should report to school admin immediately.
The initiator or the fault party must apology to the other, and may be punished up
to being suspended for classes.
Section IV: Liability Waiver
A parent signed school Liability Waiver form is required for attending school for each student.
You can download
the Liability Waiver Form and signed it. Please bring this form
to the teacher at the first day of the school.
Section V: School administration Rights
The school administration reserves the rights to adjust or further clarify all related
policies above, and/or to take any further actions when needed.
The above policies were effective since the school estabilished in the year of 2000.
