Registration Procedures

1. Please read the policies and rules on this page.
2. Check on the agreement box at the bottom of the page.
3. Click on the Start Registration button to proceed.

Registration Policies

1. You are required to register online (. http://www.nccae.org)
2. For school planning, we encourage early registration.
3. Tuition and registration fee may not be refunded after the second session.

Rules For Parents

1. Enroll and pay tuition/fees for your child student(s) on time at beginning each school semester.
2. Get your child(ren) in and out of school class on time for the beginning and end of a school day. Report to your child's techer for any absence.
3. Follow the parking lot rules and emergency evacuation rules.
4. Speak quiet in the Hallway.
5. Responsible to supervise your child(ren)'s homework after school, and read/follow all written communications from NCA administrators and teachers.
6. Obtain school permission before making class adjustemnt or auditing a class.
7. Responsible to coach your child(ren) to follow the Rules for Students.
8. Participate/volunteer in school activities when needed.
9. The parents will be responsible for property damages caused by your child(ren).

Rules For Students

1. Get to class on time.
2. Respect and obey your teacher.
3. Raise hand to speak in classroom.
4. Complete classroom assignments and homework on time.
5. Take care of school property and equipments.
6. No running, yelling, screeming, or dribbling balls in the hallway.
7. Respect others, talk quietly and use proper manners in the hall way.
8. Do NOT play with lockers, pay-phones, nor fire-alarms.
9. No graffiti on wallls, desks, floors, or on any other school properties.
10. Do NOT bring weapons or other harmful things to school.
11. No food, no drink inside the classrooms.
